MOBILE SPA ETIQUETTE
We will be arriving 10-60 minutes early depending on type of appointment. This allows us to set up for your spa experience. This will give you the opportunity to relax, and let us do the work. Your guests arriving late is a definite no-no as it will cost you treatment time and will get the party off on a bad foot.
Please have your spa area (home/office/hotel/etc) clutter free prior to our arrival to assist with creating your relaxing spa environment. We can not move furniture for you.
The gizmos gotta go
That twinge of anxiety will immediately be followed by relief when you turn off those pagers, cell phones, PDAs and any other device used to communicate or organize your life.
Communicate with your spa technician
Do disclose a current or old injury or medical condition and all medications to your spa technician. Dr approval may be required in certain cases and is determined on a case by case basis. Express your preferences to touch, music, aromas or other options. They're there for you and their goal is to provide you with your perfect experience. Please note: We have the right to refuse service due to lack of proper documentation in the cases of pregnancy and recent or upcoming surgeries or medical conditions. No refund will be given.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for spa parties must be made 72 hours prior to appointment and all other appointments must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation with less than noted time frame will result in a 100% of scheduled services fee being charged and gift certificate issued in the amount of scheduled service.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, however your deposit/payment can be used toward another event within 30 days from the cancellation date. After 30 days from the original event date no credit will be given.
Travel
Travel is Complimentary. If you are more than 20 miles from our Toledo spa/office, minimal charges may apply for EACH spa professional who is present.
Gratuities
You may tip your spa technician , massage therapist , or staff member directly. Average gratuity is 15-20%. Parties of 8 or more will be subject to and automatic gratuity of 18% for your conveinence.
